His responsibilities included reviewing and preparing purchasing contracts between the County and vendors, representing the County at psychiatric hearings held at various state hospitals, attending and representing the County at Construction Board of Appeals meetings, handling condemnation proceedings and land acquisition matters, and issuing advisory opinions on county-related issues.
